Accounts & eligibility

• You may only use LaunchCore for business or professional purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.

Use of the Service

Subject to these Terms, LaunchCore grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your own business operations.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
• Use the Service to send spam or unlawful communications.
• Upload or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks.

Subscriptions, billing & refunds

• Access to certain features of LaunchCore may require a paid subscription. Pricing, plan limits, and billing intervals are described on the pricing page or within your account.
• By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.
• Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from within your account settings.
• Any refund policies or guarantees will be described separately on the website or within your plan details. Where no refund policy is specified, all fees are non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Content, ownership & intellectual property

• You retain ownership of the content, data, and materials you upload to or store within LaunchCore. You grant LaunchCore a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
• The LaunchCore platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned or licensed by LaunchCore and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.

Data protection & privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you also agree to the practices outlined there.

Third-party tools & integrations

LaunchCore may integrate with third-party products or services (for example, email providers, payment gateways, analytics tools, or AI services). Your use of any third-party service is subject to that provider’s own terms and policies.

Suspension & termination

• You may stop using LaunchCore at any time and, where applicable, cancel your subscription through your account settings.
• We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in activities that create risk or harm for LaunchCore or other users.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaunchCore disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchCore will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms & contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date below and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
