Security & Compliance at LaunchCore

LaunchCore is designed as infrastructure for real businesses. This page outlines how we think about security, reliability, and protecting your data.

Security is not a single feature — it is an ongoing practice. LaunchCore is built with a bias toward simplicity, stable infrastructure, and clear responsibilities between the platform and your team.

This page is a high-level overview of our approach and should not be treated as a formal security audit or certification. For specific security questions, contact us directly.

Infrastructure & hosting

  • LaunchCore is hosted on reputable cloud infrastructure providers with strong physical and network security controls.
  • We follow a layered approach to access control, with production access limited to a small number of authorized operators.
  • Where applicable, we use managed services (databases, storage, monitoring) that inherit the provider’s reliability and security posture.

Data protection & encryption

  • All connections to LaunchCore are served over HTTPS to help protect data in transit between your browser and our servers.
  • Sensitive credentials (such as API keys and secrets) are stored using environment variables or secure configuration mechanisms, not in source code.
  • Backups and redundant storage are used to reduce the risk of data loss in case of hardware failure or other incidents.

Application security practices

  • LaunchCore is built on widely-used frameworks and follows their recommended practices for authentication, authorization, and input handling.
  • We aim to keep dependencies up to date and monitor for critical security advisories.
  • Access to administrative panels and internal tools is restricted and logged where appropriate.

Your responsibilities as a customer

Security is shared between LaunchCore and you as the account owner. To help keep your workspace secure, we recommend:

  • Using strong, unique passwords and enabling any additional security controls we provide.
  • Limiting access to team members who genuinely need it and reviewing access regularly.
  • Being cautious with third-party integrations and API keys connected to your workspace.
  • Promptly revoking access for users who no longer require it.

Security incidents & reporting

If we become aware of a security incident that may affect your data, we will investigate and, where appropriate, notify affected customers and take steps to mitigate the impact.

If you believe you have discovered a vulnerability or security issue related to LaunchCore, please contact us so we can review it as quickly as possible.
