Managed Websites Terms of Service
Last updated: April 1, 2026
1. Scope of Services
LaunchCore Managed Websites (“Managed Websites”) provides ongoing website maintenance, updates, security monitoring, performance checks, and content or layout changes based on the plan selected. Services are delivered on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee specific performance, rankings, uptime percentages, revenue outcomes, or business results.
2. Requests & Fair Use
Each plan includes a defined number of monthly requests. A “request” is a reasonable change or task that can be completed without requiring a full redesign or rebuild. Excessive, abusive, unclear, or out-of-scope requests may be rejected, delayed, or quoted separately.
3. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, content, credentials, and access required to perform services. Delays caused by missing or incorrect information are not the responsibility of LaunchCore.
4. Third-Party Services
Managed Websites may rely on third-party providers (hosting, plugins, themes, APIs, analytics, payment processors, etc.). LaunchCore is not responsible for outages, changes, pricing, limitations, or failures caused by third-party services.
5. Billing & Payments
Managed Websites services are billed on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. All fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your Managed Websites plan at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to refunds for unused time or requests. Services remain active until the end of the current billing period unless terminated earlier.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your content. LaunchCore retains ownership of internal processes, templates, scripts, configurations, and non-client-specific tooling used to deliver services.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Managed Websites for unlawful, abusive, misleading, or malicious purposes. LaunchCore reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if misuse is detected.
9. Termination
LaunchCore reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe continued service poses legal, technical, financial, or reputational risk.
10. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” LaunchCore makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaunchCore shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for Managed Websites services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LaunchCore from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your website, content, business activities, or violation of these terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which LaunchCore operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
